It started with one stubborn family recipe.

MyFaveFlan started in my home kitchen with a recipe that's been passed down through the family — the kind that doesn't have measurements written down because nobody ever needed them. I made it for birthdays, baptisms, Sunday dinners, and any night ending in "y".

Friends started asking for one to take home. Then their friends did. Then their friends' friends. So I figured — why not? Today every flan is still made by hand, in small batches, with the same care it always had. No mixes, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

Whether you're celebrating something big or just having a Tuesday, I'd love for my flan to be part of it.

Karen — the heart behind every flan

Hi, I'm Karen. Every flan that leaves my kitchen is made by me — by hand, from scratch, with the same family recipe I've been perfecting for years. Caramel watched on the stove until it's just the right shade of amber. Custard whisked slowly. Each one baked low and slow, and finished with a little love.

It's not a production line. It's just me, one small batch at a time, treating every order like it's going to my own family table — because that's exactly how it started.
